Every minute, every second of our life, we are thinking something or the other.

Our mind is occupied with thoughts every now and then. Thousands of feelings, emotions and ideas keep flooding our thought process. Expressing those feelings, those ideas is often difficult. Some of us are successful in conveying what we actually meant, while some of us are dissatisfied with oneself for not expressing the right way.

It is really very important that “what you think’ should be understood in ‘what you show’.

Whatsoever be the mean: Vocal, writing, or actions.

Expressing yourself properly has a psychological benefit on our life too. It opens our mind to more ideas, it helps us feel free.

When you love someone, you often fall out of words to explain that person what you feel. You cannot sum- up everything in a message of by just saying what he/she means to you. In such situations we should always find other ways which will by itself explain what you actually mean. For instance, just making a DIY card on an ordinary day would make that person feel important and loved.

Express with your Talent

Be it Singing, Dancing, Painting or writing. Use that talent to bring out your feelings, your ideas.When you sing what you ‘feel’, it always turns out to be touching. You can make people understand the feelings behind that lyrics by just the tones of your voice.

When you dance, you are throwing out energy in the form of moves. With your facial and physical expressions combined you are able to transfer that energy to everyone around you. The rush in your bloodstream is visible in your dance, the feeling of anger, happiness, sadness can be easily portrayed with your moves.

When you Paint, you are able to bring out exactly what you feel in the form of colors and visuals.

The bright colors of happiness or the dull colors of sadness or rage. Those who are able to paint all of their thoughts on the canvas have a conventional talent to express and be understood.

When you write, you play with words, putting your feelings into words is a difficult task, if you are able to do it right you bring peace to yourself. The pen is the most powerful weapon that can bring peace or create wars.

When a joke is funny laugh out loud on it. Make the person feel he/she was able to make you laugh with that joke. When a movie is heart touching, let the tears flow out. Don’t hold back and be scared of what others would think about you. When you feel hurt, tell the person that he was wrong so he realizes and the mistakes don’t repeat it again. If you like that outfit your friend is wearing, compliment her! Make her feel appreciated. When you like the breakfast your mom made for you, tell her how fulfilling it was for your stomach. If there is a victim of domestic violence in your neighborhood and you feel bad about it, don’t just keep feeling bad about it, Take Action!

If you expect something tell that you anticipate it, it will make it easier for you to end up being happy.
